        As we all know it,a good mood is very important for our study and life.It can help improve our work and our life.Beside,if we are in a good mood,we will have fewer illnesses and worries.In this way,we can stay health and live longer.
        To keep a good mood,we should do the following things.First,we should keep a good sense of humour.Second,we should take up some hobbies,that will widen our horizons and add pleasure to our daily life.Third,it is very important for us to be friendly,communicate openly,and shared our interests and pleasures with others as much as possibly.Finally,we should keep calm but try to overcome our difficulties when facing them and try to make progresses in our study and life.
        In a word,unless we can follow the above suggestions,we have a good state of mind all the time.
