I am David． As a eighteen-year-old student in Senior 3， there have always a new challenge just around the corner! At times they can be quite stressful， which in turn makes me feel very worry． In order to help deal this， I go jogging as often as possibly． Whether I'm at the gym and on the road， my nervous energy push me through mile one． By mile two， the tension has moved from my mind to my leg． By the end of the run， all my stress has been disappeared and I am ready to meet more challenges with confidence the next day!組卷：9引用：1難度：0.5
