• 20．Do you often feel lonely and bored？With the development of science and technology，people often focus on their phones or virtual（虛擬的）world without much connection with people around．A scientist，John Dattilo，together with an international team of researchers，studied about this problem．（1）Their study tells us how to lower our loneliness．
