2．For 18 years after her retirement，Deng Xiaolan volunteered to teach music in a village in Fuping county，Hebei province.Her inspirational teaching and the enthusiasm and talent of her pupils made the 44 children from Malan village sing the Olympic anthem （頌歌） in Greek at the opening ceremony of the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics on Feb，which were one of the highlights of the night.
