"Some parents do everything for their children," says Yan Mei,an official in a primary school,adding that many students lack the basic sills which are needed in their daily lives.For example,Yan says,some parents,not their children,would do the school's general cleaning.
Since March last year,the governments have launched(發(fā)布) a lot of policies(政策),requiring that colleges,middle schools and primary schools pay more attention to teaching students practical skills.
