Teachers are having lessons in how to read children's body language and change their own to deal with bad behaviour in the classroom.
Thousands have been trained to watch pupils' gestures，mannerisms，facial expressions and speech，in order to know what they are thinking and how they feel.
Teachers are encouraged to copy child's gestures to give him a message that the teacher understand him.
If a child is talking with his left hand touching his chin（下巴），teacher should stand and hold their left hand to their chin，for example.Teachers should also cross their legs if a student does while he's speaking.
The training is part of a set of exercise called Neuro-Linguistic Programming（NLP），which is designed to improve communication and behaviour.
More than 1，200 teachers in England have received training in NLP.Hundreds of schools also pay thousands of pounds for the training.

Dave Vizard，author of Meeting the Needs of Disaffected Students，said the technique was a new way to deal with poor behaviour in the classroom.
